The Adventures of Captain Underpants

The book was added virtually. I can't draw that well, lol

Anyways the assignment was to draw a fictional character or a cast of them reacting to the piece of media they are apart of, so I choose these two. I reckon they'd be the most excited to see that their 'comic' has been turned into a book (They haven't realised that they're the book yet-).

Oh also I'm homeschooled so the only other classmates bullying me for this is my cat

I tried recreating the original painting for the cover ( without the logo, bubbles, and epic novel text)

1. No more practical jokes or pranks.

2. No laughing or talking.

3. No more talking in class.

4. No more making Captain Underpants comic books.

5. Wash my car every morning.

6. Mow my lawn every morning.

7. Clean the gutters every morning.

8. Wash my windows every morning.

9. Clip my nails every recess.

10. Iron my tie every recess.

11. Shine my shoes every lunch.

12. Vaccum my office every lunch.

13. Polish my laptop every lunch.

14. Mow my lawn after school every day.

15. Tend my garden after school every day.

16. Paint the front of my house after school every day.

17. Do you're homework! (includes extra homework.)

*sigh* This is so sad to think about...

I remember years ago, I would watch this YouTube channel called Mr. Shenanigans.

“How is this related to Captain Underpants?” His channel was read-out-louds of Captain Underpants books, along with other books made by the same author, like Dog Man and Super Diaper Baby.

Long ago, back before @RedBallFire adopted this wiki and enabled the discussions, all of the pages about the books would feature his videos reading the books.

This pages still have the videos, but sadly... they aren’t watchable anymore. But why?

Well, you see, in 2017, Solastic did a copyright claim on his videos. They forced him to take down the videos, WHICH MAKES ME MAD!

I understand copyright is important, but sometimes it can go too far, especially if those copyright strikes are false. (I think? Seriously, I’m pretty sure that was fair use!)

Basically he made an apology video explaining what happened, and I do forgive him, but I’ll never forgive Solastic. (Solastic didn’t create Captain Underpants (or any of the other books on his channel), Dav Pikey did!)

He tried to make his channel different and copyright-strike free to start over, but sadly, I don’t think he had the strength to start over. What makes me think this is that he’s deleted every video on his channel, except for this one, made 3 years ago; https://youtu.be/K-ZrhJdKyGs

Now I cry whenever I think of him. I still can’t believe Solastic did that. I thought that I could trust them, nevermind.
