I was looking for Captain Underpants in japanese
Also, it's just another Dogman flex when the book should be about Captain Underpants.Instead of Dogman again it would have been cool if there was a collection of sketches from the past CU books.
@Tacomaster Studios This comparison came from "Franchises which try to stay hip with current generation", but I see the point of your question, since in the case of CU there wasn't a restyling of the known characters unlike the others, but they expanded the universe with new faces and new villains, but I originally intended a comparison about the writing quality of those shows and to which TEToCU is more similar.
Speaking of Sonic Boom, I tried to watch it several times and I just don't like that kind of humour.Despite how gross it can get at times, I've always preferred Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures, but I guess it's more for the characters than the writing itself, even if I find it entertaining, and because I was and I am primarly a Sonic fan, I reacted negatively to the announcement of Boom and I still don't get it.
Mega Man Fully Charged is no different but I'm not a Mega Man fan myself so I'm mostly neutral. The writing picks up at one point but it wasn't enough to save the universe Capcom wanted it to be alongside the other incarnations of Mega Man.They fortunately made a short run of comics to make a decent conclusion unlike Sonic, Pac-Man and CU which were left on cliffhanger.
And I still want more of Pac-Man and CU, despite it's more than unlikely it will ever happen.

Mr. Krupp (any version of him but his TEToCU incarnation more because he's stupid and funny).
1 - TEToCU
2 - Books
3 - Movie (his redemption is boring and forced, recently anyone has fear to write a real villain or antagonist without a justification for villainess).
Technically in Book 12 he teased George and Harold searching for Cracker and Sulu back in time but nothing came from it.This means he would have a plot for at least two books.
He made that pose in an episode and I like it.

Hello! And glad to see another active user here since in this moment I still see my posts in the main page and this make me unconfortable, I don't like whenever I speak more than others.
Anyway, what's your favorite character, book or other media of CU?My favorite character is Mr. Krupp (all counterparts) and I don't know the media, I guess I just like CU in general.
He should be hired for the live action adaptation

I know this is a tiresome question but I'm just curious. My favorite is Mr. Krupp, principally in the TV Series (I like all his counterpants but I discovered the franchise thanks to the Netflix series) and mostly because he's funny despite the rude behaviour.I know starting with season 2 he's been dumbed down and In the Space turn this trait to 11, but I still like him, he became a giant baby like someone usually calls Captain Underpants. Also I support the theory which says the most Cap becomes agile in battle, more Krupp becomes dumb and, in a supposed episode where they finally meet each other, this problem finally comes out and George, Harold and Melvin try to solve it.
Unfortunately I don't know how to find specific sources like Dav's Instagram posts.I found most of these informations on TV Tropes but neither them have links to Dav's posts.
And you forgot to add Jasper, his younger brother, who Dav said he's the polar opposite of Benny despite being the father of a bully like Kipper, another character who needs to be added to Krupp's family, he's his nephew and not just a "friend", and John, Benjamin, Jasper and their sister's father. The cartoon named his mother Bernice but Dav called her Grace, maybe this should divided between Books and cartoon continuity.
After Surprised Pikachu and Surprised Eggman, I give you...
