Captain Kruppy the Underpants Kid is Captain Underpants in Melvin Sneedly's body. Harold Hutchins gave him this title after Mr. Melvin snapped his fingers, Mr. Krupp's and Melvin's brain changed causing Kruppy the Kid to transform into the half-naked superhero. He only appears in Captain Underpants and the Big, Bad Battle of the Bionic Booger Boy - Part 2: The Revenge of the Ridiculous Robo-Boogers.
He is voiced by Len Forgione in the Sound-O-Rama Audiobooks.

Captain Underpants and the Big, Bad Battle of the Bionic Booger Boy - Part 2: The Revenge of the Ridiculous Robo-Boogers[]
When Mr. Melvin snaps his fingers upon getting the idea to build a time machine to retrieve the destroyed Combine-O-Tron 2000, Kruppy the Kid turns into Captain Underpants (or more accurately, Captain Kruppy the Underpants Kid) and flies away. Mr. Melvin then makes George and Harold tell him everything about Captain Underpants.
Meanwhile, Captain Kruppy helps a little girl get her cat out of a tree (getting two old ladies whom he had tried helping cross the street stuck in the tree in the process), breaks skateboarders' skateboards because they were skateboarding in a No Skateboarding area, and deflates the Purple Dragon Sing-A-Long Friends' football ruining their biggest game of the year(he thought the ball was a UFO).
Upon retrieving the Combine-O-Tron 2000 from the day before yesterday, Mr. Melvin makes George and Harold call for Captain Kruppy so they can switch bodies back. They do, and after they switch bodies back, Captain Underpants flies out the window... only to fall three stories to the ground. It is soon revealed that this is because, while they switched back to their correct bodies, Melvin kept Captain Underpants' superpowers, soon adopting the moniker, 'Big Melvin'
