"Woof, woof!" - Dog Man
This page or article is related to a spin-off of Captain Underpants.

Dippy is a minor character first appearing in Book 'Em Dog Man, a "graphic novella" made by George and Harold to show the benefits of reading.

Dippy became brain-dead after Petey stole all the books in the world. When Petey enters Dippy's Donuts, she acts extemely stupid, and it drives Petey crazy in the most comical way. This is why Petey throws a tantrum in front of her.

She makes a cameo appearance in Captain Underpants and the Tyrannical Retaliation of the Turbo Toilet 2000 in a page from Book 'Em Dog Man when the Turbo Toilet 2000 smashes into the treehouse.

She reappears in Dog Man: A Tale of Two Kitties, where she tries to adopt Lil' Petey from Petey, who is selling him for free. Despite reading the sign "Free Kitty", she asks how much he costs, then Petey replies "a dollar!". After realizing she only has $10, Petey takes the dollars anyway. After Dippy names Lil' Petey 'Snowball', Lil' Petey replies, "I think I'll call you Poo-Poo Head." Feeling offended and disgusted, she hands Lil' Petey back to Petey and walks away furiously.

She reappears in Dog Man and Cat Kid, working at a shop called "Cannery Grow". She acts like she does in Dog Man. She doesn't know how to sort the numbers from 1 to 10, driving Petey crazy. Petey then throws a tantrum in front of her, making her upset and making Petey feel sorry. However, after a few minutes, Petey is driven crazy again and thows another tantrum in front of her, stealing one of her bottles of Cannery Grow. She saves herself by outraging at Petey for doing this, and she thinks about calling 911 but is too stupid to do so. She can't find 9 and then says "What comes after 9? Hmmm..." and never calls 911.

In Dog Man: Brawl of the Wild, she slams a danger sign over a hole just as the judge and the guard are climbing out, knocking them back in the hole, exclaiming, "I helped!" She is later seen in the burning theater, thinking it was a 3-D movie. Dog Jail inmates later saved her.

In Dog Man: Mothering Heights, she makes a cameo appearance where she plays the drums.

She later appears in Dog Man: The Scarlet Shedder.
