Plot
Petey escapes from cat jail. He then mistakenly, he clones himself as a baby, thus giving birth to Lil' Petey.

- The book's title is a reference to the novel 1859 novel A Tale of Two Cities by Charles Dickens, which is set in London and Paris before and during the French Revolution. The book tells the story of the French Doctor Manette, his 18-year-long imprisonment in the Bastille in Paris and his release to lief in London with his daughter Lucie, whom he had never met.
