Meet the Cast

Dog Man: He's part dog, part man, and ALL HERO! Sometimes he dresses up as a superhero named "The Bark Knight", although he has no superpowers.

Petey: He used to be an irritable, impatient bad guy. But when his son arrived he became an irritable, impatient good guy.

Dog Man Jumps the Shark

Chief is seen walking with Dog Man to his date with Genie S. Lady (implying the book takes place 1 day after Dog Man: Mothering Heights). When they get here to the Shark Shack, Genie is already there. Booger Breath (the fat man from Dog Man: Brawl of the Wild) thinks that Dog Man is a dog. And Shark Shack doesn’t allow dogs and he writes a sign, so Booger Breath ties Dog Man to a trash can and puts a dog leash on him. A squirrel passes by, causing Dog Man to run after it with the trash can, spilling all trash. Booger Breath unclicks Dog Man. Chief and Nurse Lady begin fighting Booger Breath, making Genie turn “No Dogs Allowed” to “Now Dogs Allowed”. Then some dogs come in and Booger Breath adopts them, and Chief, Dog Man and Nurse Lady leave. Chief thinks that his date was the worst, while Genie thinks the opposite. Dog Man high-fives Chief.

Mini Jail

Meanwhile Crunky and Bub are seen greeting Piggy because he wants food, and they give Piggy cupcakes. Piggy tells Ducky to move over so he can eat his cupcakes, Ducky tells if he can have one of Piggy’s cupcakes, Piggy says no because he only has 7 left, and finally, the warden tells Piggy he has a visitor, and Ducky picks the last cupcake up and piggy eats it. Later, he is seen meeting up with Daryl if Daryl has brought the Cannery Grow, but Daryl says no because the factory has been destroyed, but he brought something even better, which was a Friendly Friends costume for Piggy, he thinks they are baby clothes, and Crunky and Bub come in with their Friendly Friends costumes (Daryl was wearing his Friendly Friends costume when he visited Piggy), Daryl puts the Friendly Friends costume on, and Piggy is seen crying but Crunky, Bub and Daryl think that they touched Piggy’s heart with friendly power.
