Dog Man is a comic book character George and Harold created in kindergarten after they got sent to detention by Mr. Krupp. He is voiced by Len Forgione in the Sound-O-Rama Audiobooks, and portrayed by Brian Owen in Dog Man: The Musical.
History[]
Dog Man used to be two people: a police dog named Greg and his partner, a policeman (known as "Knight" in the standalone Dog Man book). One day, Greg tried to help the policeman diffuse a bomb, but the two were blown up. At the hospital, the doctors sadly informed them both that the dog's body and the policeman's head were dying. Luckily, the doctors came up with a solution. They sewed Greg's head onto the police man's body and thus, Dog Man was born.
