Fart-a-Tart is a deodorant brand that only appears in "The Sickening Fumes of Smartsy Fartsy". As its name implies, the spray has a strawberry tart scent. Harold often uses it to cover the stench of George's farts.

The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants[]
While discussing activities he and Harold could do to distract them from pranking, George abruptly farts. Nauseated by the smell, Harold sprays Fart-a-Tart on George.
Later, when Smartsy Fartsy traps the school in a "Fartosphere", George and Harold decide to spray it on Captain Underpants' face. The sweet fragrance allows him to escape the Fartosphere and defeat Smartsy Fartsy by blowing him away with a helicopter rotor.
