He is a student at Jerome Horwitz Elementary School. He only appeared in Captain Underpants and the Wrath of the Wicked Wedgie Woman. Aaron is related to Madison Mancini.

He is a student at Jerome Horwitz Elementary.
Man Who Stepped on Deputy Doo Doo[]
As his name implies, he stepped on Deputy Doo Doo. He only appears in The Adventures of Super Diaper Baby.
Robbie Staenberg[]
He (also known as Loopy Pizzapants, according to The Name Change-O-Chart 2000) is a minor character who only appeared in Captain Underpants and the Perilous Plot of Professor Poopypants.
He, along with almost everyone else in Piqua, was forced by Professor Poopypants to change his name to a ridiculous one.
Robo-Baby[]
Robo-Baby is a robot made by Petey to take revenge on Super Diaper Baby and Diaper Dog. It only appears in the Super Diaper Baby 2½ comic in Captain Underpants and the Tyrannical Retaliation of the Turbo Toilet 2000.
Stephanie Wycoff[]
She is a student at Jerome Horwitz Elementary, and she only appears in the 6th book.
Stephanie, along with Jessica Gordon, demonstrated how to cook lasagna in a toaster for a school project which ended up causing a fire in the classroom.
Stephanie Yarkoff[]
Stephanie Yarkoff is a student at Jerome Horwitz Elementary School. She first appears in Captain Underpants and the Perilous Plot of Professor Poopypants as Snotty Gorillabreath. She last appears in the 5th book.
The Checkout Lady[]
She only appears in Captain Underpants and the Terrifying Re-Turn of Tippy Tinkletrousers, when George and Harold buy dresses to hide in Kipper Krupp and his gang's lockers.
The Miniature Elephant And The Tortoise[]
They are two animals that appear in Captain Underpants and the Revolting Revenge of the Radioactive Robo-Boxers when the narrator states that miniature elephants are far slower than tortoises.
Wendy Swan[]
Wendy Swan is the head cheerleader of the football team. She only appears in Captain Underpants and the Terrifying Re-Turn of Tippy Tinkletrousers.

He is a student at Jerome Horwitz Elementary School that is shown as a background character.
Nobel Audience Members[]
The Nobel Audience Members are people who attended the Nobel Prize ceremony. They only appear in Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie.

She is George and Harold's kindergarten teacher who's name is a pun on "mistake".
Mr. Krupp's Sister[]
Krupp's sister is Mr. Krupp's unnamed sister. She is only mentioned once by Ms. Anthrope.
Tacos[]
Tacos is a minor character who appears only in "The Frantic Fury of the Fearsome Furculees." He first appears when George and Harold are at Mr. Krupp's house. He later appears in George and Harold's treehouse.

The Narrator[]
He describes major events that occur throughout a book/episode. He appears in nearly every Captain Underpants installment that includes voice acting.
In the Sound-O-Rama Audiobooks, Len Forgione is the narrator, and in The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants, Sean Astin is the narrator instead. He is portrayed by a Sean Astin-modeled puppet in The Interactive Insanity of the Irritating Interlopers.
