Livmen is the blue-skinned doppelgänger of Melvin Sneedly. He only appears in "The Disturbing Dilemma of the Dysfunctional Doppelgangers".
Personality[]
Unlike Greego and Dohlar, he is a good person and loves adults. He even helps George and Harold by giving Captain Pandernuts two cups of coffee, distracting him and allowing Captain Underpants to defeat him.
