The Cafeteria Ladies were Mrs. DePoint, Miss Creant, and an unnamed woman. They were the Jerome Horwitz Elementary School cafeteria lunch preparers.

Captain Underpants and the Invasion of the Incredibly Naughty Cafeteria Ladies from Outer Space (and the Subsequent Assault of the Equally Evil Lunchroom Zombie Nerds)[]
George Beard and Harold Hutchins decided to pull a prank on the lunch ladies by giving them a recipe with vinegar and baking soda for Mr. Krupp's "birthday." They made the recipe, but with 10x the ingredients. This resulted in the school being flooded and covered in the sticky green goop. They blamed George and Harold since they are always pulling pranks in the cafeteria and on the lunch ladies themselves. They quit when Mr. Krupp could not punish them due to no proof and were replaced by Zorx, Klax, and Jennifer.

- Mrs. DePoint and Miss Creant are puns on the phrases "misses the point" and "miscreant" respectively.
- All three ladies look the same, except one of them wears earrings, and they have three different hair colours.
