Milly is one of the police officers in Dog Man: The Bark Knight Cometh comic in Captain Underpants and the Sensational Saga of Sir Stinks-A-Lot. She later appears in Dog Man: Unleashed to call a secret meeting to plan Chief's birthday. She strictly tells Dog Man not to buy a dead fish when at Penelope's Pets.
Her first significant role was assisting Chief in Dog Man: Lord of the Fleas, along with Sarah Hatoff. She normally appears as a background character. She also appeared in Dog Man: Mothering Heights in Chief's dream, and later in the book when she told Chief that Nurse Lady was on the phone.
She is voiced by Len Forgione in the Sound-O-Rama Audiobooks.
