Mr. Gigglenose is a stop motion clown puppet who appears in Flip-O-Rama segments. He appears in "The Worrisome Wedge of the Water Warmongers," The Heartbreaking Havoc of the Haunting Hack-A-Ween, and "The Confusing Crisis of the Conniving Captive." He often appears simply to satirize the trope of creepy clowns in films and television, and is seemingly a parody of Pennywise from IT. In The Worrisome Wedge of the Water Warmongers, Dressy Killman's grandfather even says "In my day, Clowns were funny" in response to Gigglenose's creepiness.
