Ms. Dayken is a member of the teaching board at Jerome Horwitz Elementary School. She first appears in Captain Underpants and the Wrath of the Wicked Wedgie Woman, witnessing the students walking around dressed as bees and talking about the school photos being ruined.
She is voiced by Susan Fitzer in Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie.
