Ms. Dayken is a member of the teaching board at Jerome Horwitz Elementary school. She appears in the 5th book, witnessing the students walking around dressed as bees and talking about the school photos being ruined.
She is voiced by Susan Fitzer in the film Captain Underpants: The First Epic Movie.
