P.O.O.P.S.I.E. (Piqua Order Of Professional Space and Interplanetary Explorers) is a space station that first appears in Captain Underpants and the Big, Bad Battle of the Bionic Booger Boy - Part 2: The Revenge of the Ridiculous Robo-Boogers.

Captain Underpants and the Big, Bad Battle of the Bionic Booger Boy - Part 2: The Revenge of the Ridiculous Robo-Boogers

After Sulu launches Carl, Trixie, and Frankenbooger to space and saves George Beard, Harold Hutchins, Mr. Melvin, and Kruppy the Kid, they land on a P.O.O.P.S.I.E.-owned spaceship. Ground Control states the mission is strange, so Mosar Tomisk and his Crew turn the spaceship back to Earth, with the Robo-Boogers still attached to the spacecraft.

The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants

In "The Abysmal Altercation of the Abominable Altitooth," multiple P.O.O.P.S.I.E. scientists look at a giant television screen and see Captain Underpants destroying a satellite to defeat Altitooth.

In "The Senseless Torment of the Space Toilet," Dupe Licitous sends George, Harold, Benjamin Krupp, Melvin Sneedly, Erica Wang, Moxie Swaggerman, and most of Jerome Horwitz Elementary School to space to research an alien ship.

In "The Aggravated Assault of the Alien Armada," P.O.O.P.S.I.E. gets shut down due to Dupe squandering the spaceport's budget on the search for the Littleite Ship.
