You might have defeated me, but I'll still get the last laugh!

Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy Tinkletrousers is an identical copy of the original Tippy Tinkletrousers. He is voiced by Len Forgione in the Sound-O-Rama Audiobooks.

Captain Underpants and the Revolting Revenge of the Radioactive Robo-Boxers[]

Tippy sends his smaller, younger self back in time to find out where George and Harold disappeared to. Because of this, three Tippys exist at once: "Big Tippy," "Tiny Tippy," and "Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy."

They travel back in time after George and Harold, during which Tiny Tippy and Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy decide they don't like being bossed around. They sneak out and travel through time to get the Goosy-Grow 4000 (ironically causing role reversal between the boy who often noticed the events and his mother who was skeptical about them). Tiny Tippy has Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy use it to restore him to his normal size and then again to make him bigger, calling himself "Supa-Mega Tippy." However. he refuses to use the Goosy-Grow 4000 on Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy and immediately travels back to the Mesozoic Era.

Supa-Mega Tippy and the others travel to the caveman age, where Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy tampers with his giant counterpart's freeze beam so that it can't be turned off.

After George and Harold get the cavemen to help fight against him, Supa-Mega Tippy tries to freeze them, but as his freeze beam doesn't turn off (which was due to Slightly Younger Tippy sabotaging the device and its emergency shutoff), Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy permanently turns the Goosy-Grow 4000 on with the help of some gum to repeatedly increase his size until he accidentally drops it. This causes the Goosy-Grow 4000 to zap the ice, which causes the ice to rapidly spread across the planet, starting the Ice Age and freezing Supa-Mega Tippy to death.

George and Harold untie Mr. Krupp and turn him into Captain Underpants, who moves the cavemen to a safe area. He is turned back into Mr. Krupp by Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy, who takes him, George, Harold, Crackers, and Sulu, and travels thirty years into the future from their time.

George and Harold turns Mr. Krupp and his future counterpart into Captain Underpants and Old Captain Underpants respectively, who beat up Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy. When it looks like they will win, Tippy activates his nuclear bomb, which he modified to destroy the entire galaxy. Crackers and Sulu get on board his robot and send it back in time to before the universe existed. In the darkness, the bomb explodes, killing Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy along with Crackers and Slue and creating the universe with the Big Bang (or the "Big Ka-Bloosh Theory").

Thus, all three of their deaths caused the major events of the universe to take place.

  • Slightly Younger Tiny Tippy Tinkletrousers is the first villain to kill off a heroic character as his nuclear bomb killed not only himself but also Sulu and Crackers.
