Smart Earth Residents were people who lived on Smart Earth before it exploded due to a university experiment gone wrong. Their civillization is very similar to our planet, Earth. Except they're smart. They only appear in Captain Underpants and the Sensational Saga of Sir Stinks-A-Lot.
