Smartsy Fartsy is a green, fart cloud that came to life from Melvin Sneedly's machine. He is the main antagonist of "The Sickening Fumes of Smartsy Fartsy" and "The Troublesome Treachery of the Thieving Toot Fairy." He is also the final antagonist of season 1 of The Epic tales of Captain Underpants.
Appearance[]
Smartsy is a sentient green fart cloud with two arms, eyes, and a mouth. In his second appearance, he briefly wore a pink tooth fairy dress and a gold crown.
