This book was mentioned on Pilkey.com under #11’s Fun Fact Section. There, Dav Pilkey stated that Super Diaper Baby 2½ was "actually the first half of a much longer, 48 page comic" that would be available in its entirety upon Super Diaper Baby 3's release. Nothing else was said about it.
