Synopsis
When an upper class camp, Camp Upper Crust, challenges Krupp's campers to a regatta race, it's up to Krupp's campers to win so Krupp doesn't closed the lake. George and Harold make a boat they dubbed Landfill Lucy out of garbage, but Melvin uses an old nuclear submarine he found, named Atomic Ava. But Georgewick Beardington III and Harolding Hutchinsworth III from Camp Upper Crust use a pontoon boat named Deep Pockets. But after Krupp flushed down the salamander used in the latest, “Krupp fails“ video, he jumps in the lake, which is filled with nuclear waste from Atomic Ava. The salamander turns into Salamangler! It’s up to Captain Underpants to save the day!
