The Dog-Cat is a mythical beast that Harold theorized would bring the end of the world if he existed. He lives in nightmares of many children. In one instance, he claims that Melvin is lunch and tries to kill him in his dreams.
He also plays rock and roll.

George thinks of making a Dog-Cat with Melvin's device, the YouChoose 2000, but Harold says it might bring the end of the world, where he would play music while saying "It's all over dude".
Later on, when Jessica says her phone has no bars and that it was like the end of the world, the Dog-Cat plays music and claims he ate all the bars.
