The Turbo Toilet 2000's rocket scooter was created when a ball hit the Incredible Robo-Plunger, decapitating him. Then he leaned forward, which made the Photo-Atomic Trans-Sombobulating Yectofantriplutoniczanziptomistic juice fall into the Turbo Toilet 2000's mouth. The juice revives him, and he then uses his engineering knowledge to dismantle the Incredible Robo-Plunger and turn him into the signature rocket scooter. After that, The TT 2000 destroys a lot of Piqua.
